Kramer is featured in many jewelry books and was chosen to be Christian Dior's US manufacturer in 1950's. Beautiful designs and prong set Austrian crystal rhinestones make these pieces sparkling beauties desirable to collectors. Kramer was founded by Louis Kramer in 1943, and the business was closed sometime around 1980.
Kramer favored flowers, especially organic-looking floral designs made with colored enamel or gilt petals and leaves. This brooch and matching earrings are perfect examples of his love of floral designs.
